3。5 starsLady Isabelle couldn’t understand why her parents were so keen to see her married。 She was in no hurry herself。 Isabelle seem to be mature beyond her years and would help others, if possible。 Robert, Lord Simmons needed to marry and produce an heir。 He did have a number of responsibilities, not the least his younger brother and sister。 Isabelle and Robert did feel a connection but for various reasons dismissed it。 I did enjoy this book, it was a little repetitive at times and all things 3。5 starsLady Isabelle couldn’t understand why her parents were so keen to see her married。 She was in no hurry herself。 Isabelle seem to be mature beyond her years and would help others, if possible。 Robert, Lord Simmons needed to marry and produce an heir。 He did have a number of responsibilities, not the least his younger brother and sister。 Isabelle and Robert did feel a connection but for various reasons dismissed it。 I did enjoy this book, it was a little repetitive at times and all things came to a conclusion very quickly。 However, it did have an epilogue, which I always enjoy。 I received a copy and have voluntarily reviewed it。 All thoughts and opinions are my own。 。。。more
